Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Apostas e cassino (the “App”) is developed and published by SLOTS LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”), the data controller for the purposes of this policy. Our address is 262 Hinckley Road, NUNEATON — CV11 6LN, United Kingdom (GB). You can reach us at longhuynh18112003@gmail.com.

This policy explains what the App does and does not do with information. It applies to the Android application and to this website. It is written in plain terms because the honest answer is short.

2. What we collect

Nothing. We do not collect, receive, store on our systems, sell or share any personal data from the App. Specifically, the App does not collect:

• your name, email address, phone number or postal address;
• any account, profile or login — there is no sign-in and no account to create;
• device identifiers, advertising identifiers or an IP address;
• location data of any kind;
• contacts, photos, files, microphone or camera input;
• usage analytics, crash telemetry, event logs or heat maps;
• payment or billing information — there is nothing to pay for.

Because nothing is collected, there is nothing for us to share with third parties, and no data is transferred out of your device or out of your country by the App.

3. Why that is technically guaranteed

This is not a promise that depends on our good behaviour. The App's Android manifest declares no uses-permission entries at all. In particular it does not declare android.permission.INTERNET, so the operating system will not let the App open a network connection. An app that cannot reach the network cannot send your data anywhere.

The build also contains no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK and no billing or payment library. The App declares android:allowBackup="false", so its stored data is not copied into Android's cloud backup either.

4. What the App stores on your device

The App keeps your progress locally, in the Android SharedPreferences store that belongs to the App, inside the App's own private sandbox. It is a single small record containing:

• your current chip balance (virtual chips only);
• whether you have seen the onboarding and the house rules;
• the calendar day on which you last collected the nightly comp;
• your career ledger — total spins, biggest win, longest red run, best night, total staked and returned, zero pockets hit, straight-up wins and comps collected;
• your session log — the most recent thirty nights, each with a timestamp, the number of spins, the amount staked and returned and the best pocket of that night;
• which achievements you have unlocked and which ranks you have reached.

None of this is personal data about you, none of it leaves the device, and none of it is visible to us or to anybody else. Other applications cannot read it.

5. Deleting your data

Uninstalling the App removes its private storage, and with it everything listed above. You can also clear it without uninstalling, from Settings → Apps → Apostas e cassino → Storage → Clear data. Either way the deletion is immediate, local and complete — we hold no copy, so there is nothing for you to ask us to erase.

6. Retention

We retain nothing, because we receive nothing. Your local record stays on your device for as long as the App is installed and you choose to keep it.

7. Sharing, disclosure and transfers

We do not share, sell, rent or disclose personal data, because we hold none. There are no advertising partners, no data brokers, no analytics providers and no third-party service providers involved in the App. There is no international transfer of your data, because your data never leaves your device.

If we were ever required to disclose personal data by law, we would have nothing to hand over.

8. Children and age

The App is a social casino game: it depicts a roulette table and simulates gambling with play money. It is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, and therefore not from a child. If you believe a child is using the App, uninstall it from that device or use the parental controls in Google Play and on the device itself.

9. Play money only

The chips in the App are virtual. They have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold, transferred, exchanged or cashed out, and cannot be converted into money, goods or prizes. There is no real-money gambling in the App, no in-app purchase and no payment component in the build.

The only way to add chips is the free nightly comp of 750 chips, once per day, and the chip rewards attached to ranks and achievements. Nothing about the App is monetised through you, so there is no commercial reason for us to profile you.

Playing the App is entertainment. It does not involve real money, and practice or success in the App does not imply future success at real gambling.

10. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR and comparable laws you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over personal data a controller holds about you. We hold no personal data about users of the App, so in practice there is nothing to access, correct, export or erase — your local record is already entirely under your own control and is deleted by uninstalling.

You are still welcome to contact us at longhuynh18112003@gmail.com with any question about this policy, and you may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in the United Kingdom, the Information Commissioner's Office).

11. Security

The App's data is stored inside the Android application sandbox and is protected by the operating system, which keeps it private to the App. Because nothing is transmitted, there is no transport to intercept and no server of ours that could be breached. No method of electronic storage is perfect, but the smallest attack surface is the one that does not exist.

12. This website

This site is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics, shows no advertising and has no forms, logins or trackers. Nothing you do here is recorded by us.

The pages do load styling, fonts and icons from public content delivery networks — cdn.tailwindcss.com, cdnjs.cloudflare.com and Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com). As with any external resource, those providers necessarily see the request, including your IP address and browser user agent, and handle it under their own privacy policies. We receive nothing from them. Whichever static host serves this site may also keep standard server logs, which we do not use to identify anyone.

13. Changes to this policy

If the App ever changes in a way that affects this policy — for example if a future version requested a permission — we will update this page and change the date at the top before that version ships. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
